The services on this site are provided by Global Exchange Clearing (GExC) a global e-commerce solution provider company that facilitates access to e-technologies to customers all over the world. This document constitutes a legal "Agreement" outlining the terms and conditions under which the services has been issued to you. In this Agreement "you" and "your" mean the person or persons who have purchased the services and are authorized to use the service as provided for in this agreement. "The company", "GExC", "We” mean Global Exchange Clearing, it's successors, affiliates or assignees. “The card” mean a virtual Visa card or any other prepaid, stored value card that you may purchase from GExC. The service is non-transferable, and it may be cancelled, repossessed, or revoked at any time without prior notice subject to applicable law. Please read the following Terms Of Use (TOS) carefully and keep it for future reference. By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read the following TOS and agree to be bound by them as may be amended by GExC, from time to time, and posted on this website. If you do not agree to these terms of use do not use the website.

The Company is not a bank or a credit institution and does not offer financial services such as loans, credits, depository and any other banking service. The company provides you with a virtual, prepaid Visa card, stored value card that, that once activated, can be used to make Visa transactions over the Internet. Only electronic commerce transactions identified as such in the authorization request will be considered for authorization. The company does not issue any Visa; services are brought to you through different suppliers and sources companies eligible to issue Visa payment cards to facilitate our users. All third party logos and trademark of Visa and other logo and images used on this website are sole property of their respective owners.
Business hours
Our business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Saturday, Sunday, and US federal holidays are not considered business days, even if we are open. Our working hours are from 8 am to 5 pm am US central time. However, we may permanently have a customer representative online to monitor visitors on our site and answer their request on time but cards will only be issued on business days.
Service, marks and patent notice
When you purchase a card, you automatically become the cards owner when it’s shipped to you by any shipping method that we may decide to use. You are solely responsible to keep your cards details and we are not responsible for any fraudulent use of a card that has already been delivered to you. We will never reveal your information to any third party as referred in our Privacy policy.
The company rights
The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any order, load request, at its sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever. The virtual Visa card expires one year from date of issuance. After the expiration date, the card cannot be cancelled, and no remaining balance will be refunded. We may provide a card with validity over a year, and reserve the right to charge you the additional validity time. The company is currently monitoring every transaction on the card. The company is not liable for any inconvenience caused or loss incurred due to failure to approve a transaction by any merchant, non-receipt of merchandise or services, or unsatisfactory merchandise or services. The company is not responsible for the delivery, quality, safety, legality of goods and services purchased by the cardholder with the card, or any aspect thereof, or for any cancelled recurring transactions.
Merchant processing authorizations
Authorizations will not be given to merchants processing authorization requests in amounts exceeding the remaining card balance. If a merchant attempts to process a transaction in an amount exceeding the current card balance, the transaction will be declined. However, if, for any reason, a transaction is processed for an amount exceeding your card balance, you are liable for the entire transaction amount. The company reserves the right to automatically deduct such excess amounts from any available funds available now or in the future on this card or any other card(s) you may obtain from us. Pending transactions are transactions for which there has been an authorization request but no transaction posted yet to the account. If a transaction is cancelled after been pending, merchant is the one to credit your card back. The company will not be liable for any transactions debited by a merchant and service not delivered for any reason.Â
Your rights
You can request the balance of your card at any time. The current balance on your card is available by request to customer support service. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of the transaction you intend to make since laws vary from country to country and from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
Age limitation
By purchasing a card or by retaining, using or authorizing the use thereof, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen years of age and have reached the age of majority in your country, and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.
Refunds and cancelled transactions
Refunds and cancelled transactions are credited to your card provided they fully match the original debit transaction and the relevant merchant. Credit transactions in currencies other than the load currency will be converted to US Dollars, using the generally authorized Visa rates in effect and subsequently converted to the load currency. Payouts cannot be credited to a card. Conversion commissions will not be credited. A credit transaction that results in a card balance exceeding the maximum load amount may be rejected.
Virtual Cards load limitations
Limitations may apply to all cards purchased from The company. The load limit on each card will depend on the applicable policy of the card issuing bank. The company will inform you about the current load limitation applied on a specific card. The card may not be used to enable a funds transfer. The Company is not responsible for any unauthorized transactions. Virtual Visa cards will not be used for gambling/gaming/betting and like transactions. If you attempt to use the virtual card for gambling, your card will be blocked and the remaining fund will not be refund. The transaction will also be reverse at the merchant and authorization will not be given to merchant.
Recurring transactions
Recurring transactions are transactions that are automatically charged to your card on a regular basis. Examples of such transactions include, but are not limited to, subscription services, Internet provider charges, or insurance premium payments. Since this card is prepaid, these merchants may suspend or cancel your service if your card balance is not sufficient to cover the amount of the recurring transaction when it comes due.
Fund availability
Funds will be withheld for any transaction that has been "authorized," and this amount will not be available to you for use elsewhere. Your credit is your balance limit. The card is available for use until the date of expiration, provided that it contains a balance, and has not been previously blocked or cancelled. You may order as many cards as you wish.
Refund from the company
When you purchase a card, once your payment is received, verified and confirmed, your order will be processed and you shall received your card within one business day. Once your order has been processed, you are not entitled to any refund of the purchased card. If you store fund with us for the purpose of purchasing a card and you later change your mind, we will issue a refund on your available balance. We are not responsible for processing fee of such a refund. Banking processing fee for this refund will be debited from your balance. If your card is lost or stolen, we will not be held responsible. Virtual Visa cards can not be replaced. However we may replace any ATM debit card at a fee charged to you.
Errors
This website is not error free. Technical inaccuracies or typographical errors could include.
Potential disruption of service
Access to this website may from time to time be unavailable.
Disclosure of informations to third parties
We may disclose information to third parties about your card or the transactions you make: where it is necessary for completing transactions; In order to verify the existence and condition of your Card for a third party, such as merchant; In order to comply with government agency, court order, or other legal reporting requirements; If you give us your written permission; To our employees, auditors, affiliates, service providers, or attorneys as needed.
Our liability
We will not be liable: If, through no fault of ours, you do not have enough funds available on your Card to complete the transaction; If a merchant refuses to accept your Card; If an electronic terminal where you are making a transaction does not operate properly, and you knew about the problem when you initiated the transaction; If access to your Card has been blocked after you reported your Card lost or stolen or after you violated a policy; If circumstances beyond our control (such as fire, flood or computer or communication failure) prevent the completion of the transaction, despite reasonable precautions that we have taken; any other exception stated in our Agreement with you.
Satisfaction guarantee
We will make reasonable effort to give you full satisfaction when you purchase our services. When you have a difficulty on using our cards at any merchant, we may attempt to identify the reason with this merchant, but we can not authorize the merchant to debit your card manualy. If for any reason your card is rejected by any merchant, we are not hold liable for the satisfaction guarantee.
Fraud and unlawful activities
We take fraud activities very seriously. And we will fully comply with any law reinforcement agency, government authorities regarding fraudulent activities.

This website may contain offers for sale or lease of merchandise or services from unaffiliated third parties. The Company hereby disclaims liability for any information, materials, products or services posted or offered at any of the third party sites linked to this website. By creating a link to a third party website, The Company does not endorse or recommend any products or services offered or information contained at that website, nor is The Company liable for any failure of products or services offered or advertised at those sites.

Cancellation of your card
The company may cancel or suspend your Card at any time. The reason for cancellation of your card will be provided. If they company determine at his sole discretion that you are been engaged in fraudulent activity or that any provision of this agreement is not been respected by you, the company may cancel your card without any prior notification. You may cancel your card at any time. But you are not entitled to any refund of the remaining balance on your card.
Availability
This site is not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation.
Provision of this Agreement
If any provision of this Agreement shall be determined to be invalid or unenforceable under any rule, law, or regulation of any governmental agency, local, state, or federal, the validity or enforceability of any other provision of this Agreement shall not be affected.
Change and amendments
We may amend or change the terms of this Agreement at any time. You will not be notified of any change in the manner provided by applicable law prior to the effective date of the change. Cancellation of this Agreement
The company may cancel or suspend this agreement at any time. You may cancel this Agreement by stop using our card or services. Your termination of this Agreement will not affect any of our rights or your obligations arising under this Agreement prior to termination. You may stop using our services this website if you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement.
