What is a virtual Visa card?
A virtual visa card is card that can be used to make purchases at any online store that accepts Visa cards. It can not be used to withdraw money at an ATM. You only get details of the card.

What is XECard?
XECard is a prepaid, stored value, reloadable and refundable virtual card which operates through one of the two major, global, card systems. It can be used at websites, online merchants, internet shops & web stores over the Internet where payment by a major card is accepted. It cannot be used to make purchases in physical stores or over the phone.

How do I purchase XECcard?
You can simply visit www.xe-card.com and place your order. Once your payment is received and cleared, your card will be shipped. Most orders are processed within 24 hours. You need to be registered to place your order.
 
How do I receive my XECCard?
XECards are sent via email. All you need to have is a valid email address.
 
What information regarding my new XECard will be sent by email?
- 16-Digit VirtuCard card number
- 3-digit CW2 - three digit number normally found on the back of a credit card, also called the verification code.

Can I use my card at more than one merchant?
YES. As long as there are funds remaining on your card, and the merchant accepts Visa cards.
 
Can I have money transfered into my virtual Visa Card?
No. NO. Its not possible. You can only use your virtual card for online purchases. To add fund into your existing card, you should contact customer service or click here.
 
Is it possible that merchants or other entities can transfer money on my virtual visa Card?
Refunds and cancelled transactions are credited to your card. If a merchant cancel a transaction paid to them; the paid amount will be credited to your card. But merchant will not be able to send more that what you paid for goods or services. Credit transactions in currencies other than the load currency will be converted to US Dollars, using the generally authorized Visa rates in effect and subsequently converted to the load currency. Payouts cannot be credited to a card. Conversion commissions will not be credited. A credit transaction that results in a card balance exceeding the maximum load amount may be rejected.

 
What happens if I spend all the funds on my card?
Your card will no longer be accepted as a valid form of payment.

What happens if I loose my card?
Since it’s a virtual card, there is no physical shipping, it will be send to your email address provided during the order.

Who do I contact with questions about my card?

What if my purchase exceeds the value on my card?
To make a purchase that is more than the available balance on your card, you may contact us to add fund in your card before making the purchase. Your transaction may not be completed or decline by the merchant if you have insufficient fund.

What should I do if my card is declined?
If you experience any problems using your card, please contact our customer support or sale representatives by email and we shall access your request on timely and manners. We may not offer card assistance on phone at this moment.

What should I do if I don’t receive my card after 24 hours?
Mostly we will deliver your card after 24 hours of payment clearing. However if after 24 hours you do not receive your card and do not hear from us, please contact customer support by sending email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

Can I add more money to my card?
YES. You can add money to your card. XECard prepaid virtual Visa cards are reloadable. However once your card has expired, you should purchase another one. We will not replace it. A load limit may apply to your card.

Does my card has an expiration date?
Yes. Each card expires one year after the date of its purchase. Any balance remaining on the card after the expiration date will not be useable or refundable.

How long does will it take to process my card order?
Card will be sent to your email address within 24 hrs after payment is received and verified and cleared.

How many cards can be ordered?
You can order as many cards as you want.

Can I use XECard on gambling, casino sites etc.?
NO. NO. NO. You should not use our cards for gambling and playing on Casino websites. If you do so, your card will be block, cancelled without any refund issued to you.

What is the refund policy?
Once an order is paid processed it can not be refunded under no circumstances.

What is the card currency?
All our card currency are USD. However you can use it to pay in any currency. When you will give your card details, the merchant will convert money from USD to the buying currency and will deduct from your card.
